Walking Holidays or Trekking in Nepal

Trekking in Nepal can be dived into three gradations by its difficulties. To get pleasure from the trekking, in Nepal, you have to organize yourself physically and then to have to choose a trek which suits you. Please remember though, that only minimal exercise is required to prepare yourself for most of the trips, and you only carry a light daypack while you are in trekking.

Trekking in Nepal

E - Easy:
Holidays/weekends are the easiest treks in the Himalayas and involved walking up and down the hills or the reasonable level of earth surface. All short treks of about 4-6 days are included in this category.

M - Moderate:
Treks in this category are designed for 7-15 days that rely upon the trekkers' needs as well. These treks take you up to an elevation of 3000 m above sea level, though some demands 15 days more above 5000 m high.

C - Challenging:
All longer treks exceeding 15 days duration are in this category. These treks include high passes above 5000 m taking you to high mountains/deserts. So, the treks in this category are a real challenge and provide you with an opportunity to observe old life-style, culture, and tradition of the people living in these places.

Even if you've never camped before, you don't need to worry: the tents we provide are roomy, the sleeping pads/mattresses are comfortable and international style food of high standard. On all of our treks there is a bathroom tent and a dining tent with tables and camp stools, providing a cozy, comfortable atmosphere to eat and chat with fellow trekkers during the evening.
