Other term of yoga will be fixed by our personal negotiation and during the yoga peroid you should be followed by our term and conditions as we have officially fixed.During the tour we teach only braeathing excercise not others.

This meditation for everybody who have passion to know truth and want to self-realization. This meditation controls all of problems which is related to stress. Soul meditation help to develop consciousness, awareness and we can feel wholeness with in us

In meditation you can get technique how to stable with the character of soul. First of all you will learn how to weaken our energy from subtle body, after weakening energy you will connect with your soul. After connecting your soul you will get techniques how to connect with god.

What does Soul Meditation require?

Practicing soul meditation requires passion, faith, a comfortable place and the desire to be lifted to new spiritual and mental heights.

Day 1st:  Welcome  pick up service and transfer to hotel or Ashram same day evening participating in Aarati Puja, Bhajan,Briefing  and vegeterian dinner.

Day 2nd: Early Morning wake up and do yoga with group as per our schdule ( Phyical body warming exercise, Vastrika, Kapalvati, anulom Bilom,Agnisar,Om chanting, Posture exercise two hours time)..  ...Spritual. Breakfast Net vegeterian cooking in Neplese kitchen)  Sight seeing some tamples

 Day 3rd: Morning walk in village and do some warming excercise come back to ashram and  if not tired do some parnayama.. Rest time councelling with guru and breakfast afternoon Ayrved clinic visit and meet with yogic guru and councelling about differents tips, Come Back to hotel or Ashram and have food as required.

 Day 4th: Special Teacher traning class it is quite hard therefore if required we give this training otherwise Same as above mention Program will be provided, similar itenarary in the afternoon Evening Yogic Staem Bath and massage.

 Day 5th: Same program in the morning and drive to Hilly area and at least Two hours walking in the palace ( changu Narayan to Nagarkot) If required  overnight

Day 6th: Back to your place but along the way some site and sounds place to visit,councelling for privious course and tour, certificate Distribution and Farewell Dinner.
