Common questions before you go
Seasons, fitness, lodging, and safety - practical answers from our Kathmandu team.
Autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May) offer clear mountain views and pleasant trail weather. Many of our lakeside yoga and Kathmandu retreats run year-round.
Yes. We offer easy wellness and yoga packages alongside moderate and challenging treks. Tell us your fitness level and we will recommend the right pace and altitude profile.
Short retreats run 2 to 7 days. Yoga treks and Himalayan itineraries usually span 10 to 14 days. Teacher training and longer pilgrimages can run up to 21 days.
We operate with licensed local guides, carefully paced itineraries, and trusted lodge partners. Solo guests are welcome and stay well supported from arrival to departure.
City and lakeside stays use comfortable hotels or retreat houses. On trek, you stay in carefully chosen teahouses and lodges selected for cleanliness, warmth, and location.
Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trekking up to your maximum altitude, medical evacuation, and trip interruption.
