Traditinal Yoga Nepal is a studio that conducts traditional and ancient yoga providing scientific way. Yoga is wholeness, and through yoga, you acquire a spiritually balanced life physically, mentally, and spiritually. With the practice of yoga, they guide one through shatkarma (cleansing acts), pranayama (breathing acts), mudra (gestures), dhyan (meditation), asana (posture and other yogic practices). They teach multi-style of yoga asana, curing physical and meditation for mental, and ultimately having a higher quality of life and absolute health. Along with this we offer kathmandu valley nature walk and Heritage site tour.
Yoga Team truly took us on the best trek of our lifetime. From showing us the chaos in Kathmandu to guiding us on an unbelievable journey into the Himalayas to trek all the way to Everest Base Camp. He planned everything meticulously, from airport pick-up and drop-off, to staying in the unique lodges and to hiking up Kala Patar in the dark to see the majestic sunrise symphony on the mountain peaks. We will never forget our journey or the beautiful scenery. Along with trek we had enjoy yoga when we came back Raj Kumar and Aryan took us for Nepali Dinner with culture program always surrounding in my mind. Mike Murphy -- USA
