This trip will be the best for those who has not enough time but want to have experence of trekking and for yoga lovers we provide one hour Buddhist meditation at Nagi Gumba, it is situated east part of kathmandu valley, on the way there is famous tample Budhanil kantha it is also called sleeping Bishnu one of the major God of Hindu religions.Afetr 45 Minutes driving we will reach in shivapuri National park small forest with many different Birds,Leopard and other animals, we take a ticket and strat to walk in the jungle ,on the way you can enjoy with many flora and fauna, After 2 hours gently walking climb some stairs and visit Nagi Gumba, you take 15 to 20 minute rest then we provide you some yoga tips and buddhist meditation with Monks.then walk down continue one hour in the jungle after 2 hours walking we reach beautiful platue naryan Danda, Our local lunch is already prepared, take refresh wash your hand mouth and enjoy with Lunch( Dal Bhat, Fresh vegetable, chiken curry) it takes around one hour the again we start to walk continue along the way there is many picqursque nice forest and you can see small village with good Mountain View. This walk is fantastic little difficult but you can have full enjoyment the we will reach at Gagdol, then we climb up Kopan Monastry it is beautiful situated on the hill station.Youcan have good view and enjoy with nice tibetian garden. This is the tibetian school and meditation center.This Monastry is for meditation many people they go and stay there for 15 days to one month, Now our tour is finished drive back and drop to your destination.
7;00 Am in the morning ready at looby of hotel we will pick up you drive to budhanilkantha
7;45 Am reach at Budhanil kantha you can explore the sleeping Lord Bishnu ,Budhanilkantha literally means “old blue-throat,Carved from a single block of black basalt stone of unknown origin, the Budhanilkantha statue is 5 meters in length and it lies in a reclining position inside a recessed tank of water (representing the cosmic sea) that is 13 meters in length.and enjoy with religious song
8;30 Am Local Breakfast at small cozy Restaurent
9;15 Am start to walk shivapuri entrance gate after some procedure now prepare to hike take some group photo
12;00 PM climb up some staris and reach at Nagi Gumba you may tired take 20 Minute rest
2;20 PM we do some yoga and meditation, if there will be monks we can do with them together
1;30 PM we walk 45 Minutes then reach at beautil platue Narayan Danda have a lunch.
3;30 PM Again continue walk along the way there is many beautiful trees Salla flowers hill station and more nature, reach at last station called Gagdol this is small local market stay few minute provide you local Tea then 10 minute drive to Kopan Monastry-- visit and excurision
4;30 Drive back to kathmandu and drop your station.
