Almost many people know about Yoga Meditation and Ayurveda everybody need their inner peace and healthy life which can only possible by Yoga, Nepal is one of the very best place for Yoga and holiday excursions due to huge geographical diversity Many Mountains Rivers and other nature attraction. I was suffering many places in India and others by myself to find peace and healthy life but very hard for me to discover during that my very important days fast gone finally i found one Yogis in Kathmandu then i found peace continue since 16 years my best path is Yoga. I complete many training Reiki Singing bowl healing deep meditation and more along with Yoga alliance teacher Training. I think why not to give others what i found then i decided to start Yoga School Kaivalya Goniyore Yog and Reiki and Retreat centre, now i am happy because to make happy to others by this Road for human life. During Retreat time we provide clean rooms Bathrooms along with good healthy Vegetarian Food. we offer a range of weekly yoga and meditation classes in our yoga studio and outdoor yoga deck! Our offering includes both dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa yoga-based classes and calmer Yin and Restorative yoga classes. Our experienced teachers lead you through each practice safely taking everyone’s level of experience and needs into consideration. Classes are open to all levels and abilities.

 Through our personal touches, our wellness program aims to provide a stress-free holiday and craft the perfect retreat for guests looking to relax in Kathmandu. We aim to offer familiar connections between guests and staff, crafted with fun experiences. With many years of success in the tourism industry, we have always strived to provide our guests’ memorable experiences by providing yoga and excursion tours. Guests wake up to the ultimate relaxing start of the day with our morning yoga activities overlooking Kathmandu and other city. Whether you choose to wake up for our early Sunrise or later morning Yoga session, you will be greeted with breathtaking views from Nagarkot The day follows with restful activities and excursion tours, trips around Bhaktapur and Nagarkot to immerse yourself in the local culture and nature. As the sun starts to set, guests are brought back to focus on their body, mind, and soul and end the day with a round of yoga either in our studio or outdoors.

Life Experiences yoga that Last Beyond Your Vacation

 Day 1 If you are around the yoga studio, check in before 2 p.m. and  if pick-up is needed from the airport, just send your flight details and Our staff will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.*That same day, meet the instructor, discuss your program, and after half an hour, practice.*Dinner Overnight

Day 2 05:00 Wake up early

06:00 - 09:00 your class starts after a 15-minute warm-up for your body (exercise) then Om chanting and deep meditation

10:00 Vegetarian breakfasts

Drive to Pashupatinath and Boudhanath day tour

*15:00 Back at the hotel

*16:00 - 18:00 Start your course

*19:00 Light vegetarian foods then read a book and overnight

Day 3

*05:00 Wake up early

*06:00 - 09:00 Your class starts after a 15-minute warm-up for your body (exercise)

*10:00 Vegetarian breakfast

*Drive to Osho Tapoban to learn a new technique of meditation

*15:00 Back at the hotel

*16:00 - 18:00 start your course

*19:00 Light vegetarian food then read a book and overnight

Day 4

*05:00 Wake up early

*06:00 - 09:00 Your class starts after a 15-minute warm-up for your body (exercise)

*10:00 Vegetarian breakfasts

*11:00 Drive to Swoyambhunath Stupa and visit a Buddhist monastery to learn a Buddhist meditation technique

*15:00 Back at the hotel

*16:00 - 18:00 Start your course

*19:00 Light vegetarian foods then read a book and overnight

Day 5

*05:00 Wake up early

*06:00 - 09:00 Your class starts after a 15-minute warm-up for your body (exercise)

*10:00 Vegetarian breakfast

*11:00 Drive to Budhanil Kantha to feel a Bhakti  meditation

*15:00 Back at the hotel

*16:00 - 18:00 Start your course

*19:00 Light vegetarian food then read a book and overnight

Day 6

*05:00 Wake up early

*06:00 - 09:00 your class starts after a 15-minute warm-up for your body (exercise)

*10:00 Vegetarian breakfasts

*11:00 Drive to a different place than all other days for shamanic meditation healing by drumming sounds

*15:00 Back at the hotel

*16:00 - 17:00 start your course

*Today, for relaxation of your body, they will provide a one-hour Ayaurbedic massage

*19:00 Light vegetarian foods then read a book and overnight

Day 7

*07:00 - 09:00 Today is your last day and your class starts with a one-hour discussion about your experience and feeling, you will be given your certificate after breakfast.*Drop-off at the airport or extension of your holiday
