After long experence Yoga and Trek has designed new courses for those who are completely new to meditation. Over the next 7 days, you will explore the breath, mind, body and your emotional states. The meditations in this course will help you learn to calmly focus and concentrate your mind and bring your full awareness to something specific such as being more compassionate, more kind, or help in overcoming life’s difficulties. After learning a number of techniques, you will walk away ready to continue your practice using whichever method suits you best.During this course to know more aboutmeditation we take you to the Osho Tapoban, shivapuri baba Ashram and Grand master Guru Gorakhnath baba Ashram.
Day1 ; As per our privious communication and confirmation we arrange you to pick up you from the airport. Transfer you to Hotel , rest and 5'00 PM we take you to our Yoga Center for briefing about your program Back Hotel 7;00 Pm Dinner and walk around one hour Overnight at Hotel (.If you are already near by us you can call and join in our program if needed provide you pick up service for only near by 4KM)
Day 2.Teach you from Brething technic --- Wake up at 5 ;00 AM 6;00 AM Reach at Yoga center start 20 Minutes warm up excersice then starting to teach you breathing technic continue one an half Hour.Stay at Salvatation 15 Minutes..9 AM to 9'30 AM Briefing 10 AM Healbal tea and Vegeterian Breakfast.Free time 4 PM again join at seesion 2 hours Mantra Meditation 6 PM Bhakti Yoga 7;30 PM Dinner and over Night ( Winter time Time the seesion is starting from 7AM ) First lesson is a gentle breath exercise, which encourages you to simply notice the sensation of breathing and how it feels in your body.
Day 3.Teach you external feeling---similar like above schdule you will learn to focus on the external environment and the role of your senses to help bring you into the here and now.Today drive you to Osho TapoBan retreat Center we will have vegeterian lunch and continue meditation back to Hotel 5 PM Rest Dinner Overnight
Day 4 .Witness Your Thoughts- same as Above mention time .This lesson will teach you to name and identify the thought and feeling (physical sensations) attached to certain emotions. This can help us better understand the roots of our feelings and change our reactions.Today Drive you to pashupatinath tample where Grand master Guru Gorakhnath baba Ashram to learn about Hatha Yoga and mantra Meditation back to Hotel 5 PM Dinner Overnight
Day 5.Mind-Body Connection-- Ealry Morning 5 PM warm up excercise 7 AM Herbal tea and drive to shivapuri National park This lesson explores the mind / body connection, encouraging you to focus on how it feels to be in your body. We’ll pay particular attention to areas of tension and tightness by walking you through a gentle body scan.d --2 hours walking we reach at Nagi Gumba-- 2 hours Buddhist Meditation back to Hotel 5 PM ( Today we will have Breakfast on the way and Lunch will be packing)
Day 6.Exploring Emotions same as above mention time Finding This lesson will teach you to name and identify the thought and feeling (physical sensations) attached to certain emotions. This can help us better understand the roots of our feelings and change our reactions.Drive you to Kopan Monastry we reach at 1 PM -To learn Buddhist Meditation 5 Pm Back hotel Dinner Overnight.
Day 7 .Power of Intention same as day 2 Mention time we continue for Encourages you to consciously cultivate a feeling or state you wish to experience with the use of intention setting.Today is final vsiting day after finish Meditation We take you to swoyambhunath stupa, Red Monastry continue back to Kathmandu durbar squire back at Hotel 4 PM Dinner Overnight
Day 8 .Finding Inner Stillness;Full day is ceremonial day Almost you can reach self reliazation in your last day, This day we again stay together and disscuss about your feeling then you can follow this path continue for Nirvana.
Along with above mention we give few more classes which are singing Bowl healing, Reiki Healing, Deep meditation through Mantra. Posture. Physical excercise at the end we give you certificate
