Overview

The most popular short yoga trek,it is moderate type and hidden treasure in the Annapurna region. Mardi Himal amazing view of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchre and Manaslu ranges. Australian Camp, Pothana, Mardi Himal base camp, Siding village and Lwang are the major attraction of this trek. Mardi Himal Trek.Yoga with nature is very effective therefore we have design the yoga in Mountain and River.The Mardi Himal trek covers a total distance of 57 km(35 miles) in both directions. The journey begins with a 27-kilometer drive from Pokhara to Kande, followed by a trek through various destinations such as Australian Camp, Pothana, Deurali, Forest Camp, Low Camp, Middle Camp (Badal Danda), High Camp, and finally Mardi Himal Base Camp. On the return, the trail passes through Low Camp before veering off towards Siding Village.

The distance from Pokhara to Mardi Himal Base Camp is 31.0 km(19 miles) one way. Along the trek, there are several tea houses where trekkers can take breaks and rest. The trail itself is relatively straightforward and does not involve any challenging climbing sections. A typical day of trekking requires walking for five to six hours. Enjoyable stops along the way add to the overall delight of the journey.


Details Itinerary

Day1  pick up from kathmandu Airport by our guide and transfer to Hotel Tradition and Spa - evening briefing about your trip Dinner and Overnight

Day 2  Provide you packing Breakfast and take you to Tourist Bus Station at 7 AM Drive to pokhara 210 KM 6 hours Drive Transfer to Standard Hotel walk around pokhara Dinner and Overnight 

Day3  After  breakfast at your Guide will come to pick up you, drive to Kande. From Kande, trek to Pitan Deurali (2100m) via Australian Camp (2060m) and Pothana (1950m).Pothana has ACAP / Tim's checkpoint. About 4-5 hours walking, you will reach Pitan Deurali from Kande. And then overnight at Lodge.

Day 4  Drive to Nayapul and start walk to Pitan Deurali -Forest Camp - Rest Camp - Low Camp Trek from Pitan Deurali to Low Camp (2985m) stop for lunch in Forest Camp (2600m) after about 4 hour trekking. The trek from Pitan Deurali to Low Camp takes 7 hours walking), overnight at Lodge.

Day 5 Low Camp - High Camp.

Trek from Low Camp to High (3550m). You will see spectacular views of Machhapuchhre ahead and Annapurna South to my left. About 4 hours trekking we arrived at High     Camp (3550m). And then overnight at Lodge.

Day 6 Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp and trek down to Badal Danda  You will hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) and back to High Camp. This round trip takes 4 to 5 hours walk. If you do not want to go all the way to Mardi Himal      Base, you just hike to a viewpoint about half way and back to High Camp. After Lunch, trek down to Badal Danda (3210m) And then overnight at Lodge.

 Day 6 Badal Danda - Siding- Pokhara

 You will have very nice view in the morning. After breakfast, you will trek down to Siding. It takes around 4 hours trekking.  After Lunch, 3 hours drive back to Pokhara, And then overnight at your own Hotel.

You also can extend one day, you will trek from Siding to Lwang via Ghalel. This day, we trek down to Lwang Village. It takes 5-6 hours walking from Siding to Lwang. And then overnight at Lodge. 

Day 7 Drive to Pokhara stay at Hotel walk around lake side dinner and overnight

Day 8 After Breakfast 7;300 Drive back to kathmandu - Reach at Hotel 3 Pm rest and 5 to 6 pm Mediatation 6 to 7 PM Spa and Soft and relaxing massage therapy, using Ayaurbedic oil to balance the doshas "Vata, Pitta , Kapha".Massage starts with a dry warm up massage for a few minutes to the whole body followed by oil Massage from the feet upwards. We recommend you to take shower before the massage so that the oil can remain on your body and fully absorb. Dinner Overnight  Day 9 th 7;00 to 8;00 Hatha Yoga Breakfast and drop to airport or extension your holiday.
